BE THANKFUL AT BEDTIME. Keep an attractive journal at your bed side with a favorite pen. Promise yourself that you will write down three things you’re grateful for before going to bed each night. Build a strong charter to keep your promises to self, builds worth and trust. Think of things that have impacted you today that made better matters and outcome, even if didn’t seem so at the moment, and journal about it. Research says that practicing gratitude can increase well-being and positive emotions, making it easier to focus on the things we have to look forward to when we wake up. Plus, practicing gratitude improves sleep quality and duration, making mornings even less hazy. ~pa’ris’ha
